Abstracts will then be reviewed and selected by the scientific committee members, and the organizing committee.

After acceptance of your abstract, to ensure that your abstract is maintained in the programme, you will have to register online and pay your registration. Deadline for such registration will be defined later.

Definitions:

  • An “oral session” is a 1 to 1.5 hour slot during which 15 minutes oral presentations will be presented (oral: 12 min, Q&A: 3 min). It can be completed by a poster session. Given the importance of the session, it can be allocated only one 1 to 1.5 h slot, or several.
  • Workshops will aim at elaborating common proposals and/or recommendations on a given topic.
  • Roundtables will aim at enabling participants to express their ideas, opinions, present their experiences (success, failures...) and proposals, and promoting a debate between them without necessarily converge to a synthesis.
